ESTC locates only one copy of the first edition (John Rylands Library, Manchester University). Chute 192 emphasises its importance as: 'the first book solely on guns and game: on how to shoot it, as well as concise information on the fowling-piece, powder, shot and flints ... very rare'; Schwerdt I, p. 158.
