Land survey "The Draught of Charles Christopher's Land in the Township of Strasburg in the County of Chester in the Province of Pensylvania [sic]..." with both a sketch and written description of the plot of 106 acres. "Surveyd. the 22d of 8br 1781 / (??missing paper) Saylor." Plus receipt, 5.25 x 8 in. for 13 pounds 16 Shillings, 4 October 1718. For 100 acres of land, from Charles Christopher. And receipt from Christopher, Philadelphia, 18th 3 (mo) 1734, for "three & twenty shillings & six pence money of Pensylva. in lieu of seventeen shillings sterling in full for seventeen years quit rent due on one hundred acres of land at Conestoga...." Condition: Separated along most folds (about 9 pieces currently). Some paper missing, most as a result of ink "burn." (see surveyor's signature, for example)
