Benannt ist sie nach Duponts Hauptwerk "Physiocratie, ou constitution naturelle du gouvernement", das ebenfalls 1767 mit dem Druckvermerk "Pekin" erschien, ein Ausdruck der Bewunderung der Physiokraten für die chinesische Verwaltung. – Titel mit Besitzvermerk, das letzte Blatt mit kleinem, professionell restaurierten Einriß, gering fleckig, etw. gebräunt. – Über den weltweiten Katalog nur wenige Exemplare nachweisbar. Named after Dupont’s major work "Physiocratie, ou constitution naturelle du gouvernement", which was also published in 1767 with the imprint "Pekin", an expression of admiration by the physiocrats for the Chinese administration. – Title with ownership entry, last leaf with small, professionally restored tear, minimally soiled, a little browned. – Only a few copies traceable via the world wide catalogue. – Contemporary wrappers of coloured paper (minor signs of wear).
