Tracks leading to the lunar TV camera are visible in the foreground. Enabling live broadcast from the Moon, the camera, like many Apollo artefacts, remains on the surface. Live television coverage was unfortunately lost early in the mission when Bean accidentally pointed the TV camera at the sun during transfer from the LM. Thus the Hasselblad photographs taken by the crew are the only visual records of their lunar surface activities. The second image is one of Bean's close-up photographs of Intrepid.
