Shade: appears to be in generally good condition; there are some somewhat large size inclusions in the glass at the surface on both the exterior and underside, in the making; engraved DAUM NANCY signature with the Cross of Lorraine Base: appears to be in generally good condition; no apparent chips, hairlines, etc. to the glass; base is not signed; the glass shade is supported by three mtal iron supports that issue from a black painted wood or composite mount that adheres to the top of the shaft with an iron collar; there has been an area of restoration to the black painted wood or composition element; light superficial scratch marks to both the shade and base, not of any consequence
