(One map nearly torn in half at centre fold, clean long tear in margin of Y4, margins of engraved title and printed title browned, some light browning, light marginal soiling or spotting). Contemporary panelled calf (rebacked, new endpapers, corners bumped, some rubbing). Provenance : Theological Institute of Connecticut (blindstamped library stamp on printed title).
