A very fine 18th-century edition of Dante's Divina commedia , called "the Venetian rococo book at its most colorful and characteristic" ( Philip Hofer Bequest ). Zatta printed Dante's complete works in 5 volumes; it was the first collected edition of all of Dante's works, and it was also the only illustrated edition of La divina commedia since the very early 17th century.
