Half-plate daguerreotype, in a frame the back of which appears to be a case, with identification in French of George Henry Felix Gaillardine, 16 Nov 1846 (born), portrait April 1850, died 10 June 1874. Cover glass cracked in two places. Quarter-plate dag in thermoplastic frame, with mother and two daughters (one nearly adult herself). Two more quarter plate dags in pressed paper cases, both of families with six members. One quarter-plate tintype of another six-member family (this one with younger children than the previous). Two double sixth-plate daguerreotype Union cases, one with two dags, the other with two tintypes. Plus four dags in pressed paper cases and a single tintype in a Union case. One dag is in a half case. Plus two sixth plate ambrotypes not in cases and two tintypes with no cases. All have mats, cover glass and preservers. There is a double Union ninth-plate case with one ruby ambrotype (his) and a trimmed cdv (hers) in it, plus a colorized ninth-plate dag and a dag with only cheek highlighting, both in pressed paper cases.
