He provides the numbers of "Effective Total," "Total Present," and "Aggregate / Present and Absent" for each regiment. Document also signed by Acting Assistant Adjutant General Thomas M. Sloss[?]. Condition: Document with some ink smearing/smudging, creasing, spotting, and wear to edges, including small tears to horizontal edges.
