(2) and 80c. tied by "5104" lozenze of the French Post Office in Shanghai with the despatch c.d.s. at foot. A very rare and desirable cover, only three customs daters are recorded on outbound covers in 1875, the first year of the introduction of the Customs dater (this is the second) and the ony recorded use of the Shanghai dater before the introduction of the Large Dragon stamps in 1878.
