cover 1866-1948, the extensive and valuable collection of covers neatly mounted and written-up in two volumes, covering a wide range of the various hotels with both illustrated and imprint types represented; Volume I comprises items from the Hamilton (33) including 1866 with imprint for Dodge and Harnett (unused), 1882 used to U.S.A. with full illustration covering the reverse (faults though very rare), 1883 (2) with corner imprints, both franked at 2½d. (cancelled in blue) to U.S.A., 1884-85 (3) with corner illustration, each franked at 2½d. to U.S.A., and many later; Princess (16) with four 1892-1901 attractive illustrated types, and Bermudiana (5); Volume II comprises some 65 covers (mainly 20th. Century) from over 20 different establishments, a few with British Empire slogan cancellations and/or with censor cachets. Generally fine and a remarkable and most attractive assembly
