First American Edition, 18 pages of subscribers followed by 6 pages of advertisements in vol. 1, engraved folding map "Protracted by B. Romans" and 2 folding engraved frontispieces, the first by Paul Revere BCJC 656; Sabin 30936; Streeter sale IV, 2407 ("The frontispiece by Paul Revere and the Romans map make this a distinguished book.--TWS").
