Pieces of note include a carved onyx and rolled gold bead necklace suspending black enameled oval locket with gold tone engraved foliate and seed pearl flower motif; Six brooches with woven hair in enameled, pearl or onyx set mounts; Pair of black lacquered cuffs with engraved gold tone panels; Woven hair bracelet; Taille d'epargne enameled gold filled brooch, bangle bracelet; Silver hair comb with graduated beads; Blue enameled yg. locket with early photograph interior; Two carved onyx brooches, one with seed pearl buckle; Unmounted Grand Tour micromosaic of Pantheon; Gutta Percha brooch with seed pearls, etc. Early-late 19th c. Some pieces engraved for deceased. Necklace 30". Provenance: Collection of Dora Jane Janson. Acid tests for low carat/at least 10k gold findings/elements.
