From various German photography studios including Gustav Reinhold Otto Werner Th. Alfred Hahn, A. Ossig, and 6 portraits are from Atelier Apollo. They are 4¾x2" with some variation. The portrait from G. Reinhold has hand-painted details (perhaps contemporaneously?) in bright orange, red, yellow and green. Most portraits feature an officer posing in the same manner with his white gloves in hand, one hand resting on a table, most often with a vase of flowers. Lot Amendments Condition: Some fading to few, a few nicks or rubs to edges; very good or near fine. Item number: 244438
