There was a resurgence in the popularity of 3D movies (as there is today) in America in the 1980s. 3D movies first appeared on the scene in the 1950s, but these glasses all date from the 1980s. Such movies as Friday the 13th Part 3 debuted in 3D, and there are several pairs of glasses promoting that movie (and others) in this collection. Lot Amendments Condition: Most are near fine; some with a bit of wear from handling; only a few with moderate wear (dust, soiling, etc). Mostly near fine. Item number: 217536
