Author: ** Place: Various Places Publisher: Date: Various Dates Description: Includes: Small, handled silver(?) dish, presumably from the Paris Peace accords, with V.N. Paris 1968 engraved at center and the initial P.C.H. (Philip C. Habib) and W.A.H. (W. Averill Harriman) engraved along the outer rim * Small silver(?) dish engraved with ‘To Phil Habib, From Cy Vance, With Great Admiration and Affection, February 18, 1969’ * Square silver(?) tray with U.S. State Department emblem at center * Rectangular metal tray * 2 silver(?) wine collars, one engraved ‘Philip and Marjorie Habib’ the other not engraved * Two-part pewter corkscrew, with engraved initials P.C.H. * Pair of cuff-links from the 1981 Reagan – Bush inauguration * Limoge plate with bird design after Cocteau at center, ‘Tradition et Qualite, Taillevent’ in gilt on rim * 1834 Steel Engraved illustration of Mount Moriah, Jerusalem, matted and framed, with calling card of Menachem Begin in mounted envelope on rear * framed color photo of Habib and President Jimmy Carter, signed by Carter in lower margin * Photo-facsimiles of a letter from Lafayette to George Washington and Washington’s Farewell address, presented by the French Senate to the U.S. Senate, in commemoration of the U.S. Bicentennial, 1976 * Government issue leather briefcase with luggage tag identifying it as Habib’s from a flight on the ‘Secretary’s Plane’ from Washington to Brussels and return to Washington, undated but after 1972. Lot Amendments Condition: Condition varies but overall very good or better, briefcase lacking one of the leather buckled straps. Item number: 183204
