A collection of x5 antique c1908-1910 Edwardian German postcards relating to Airships / Zeppelins. Comprising; a real photograph postcard of a Zeppelin landing ' Landung von 3 11 Vor Der Kolner Halle ' dated 1909, a postcard showing a Zeppelin in a hangar (also dated 1909), and a postcard showing ' Reichsluftschift Zeppelin ' which has been postally used, and the original sender writes; '...this is the Zeppelin airship, I thought I should be able to see it in Cologne, but it is a military business and of course in its shed, guarded by soldiers '. An interesting collection.
