All the wines have been stored since original purchase in excellent professional cellarage in Bordeaux and have been shipped to Christie's London Warehouse specially for the sale. The owner's particular passion is for fine white Alsatian wines and the Alsace section of the sale is the most comprehensive to be offered at auction for many years, some of the best cuvées from top domaines being available in quantity. All of the Alsatian wines were bought direct from source and the majority are presented in original wooden cases or original cartons.
