Chinese Jichimu Hardwood Two-Part Cabinet, 'Sijiangui' Late Qing Dynasty Of rectangular form, each section with two single panel doors, the upper section with two roundels and the lower half with three shaped cartouches on each panel door, all depicting scenes of boys in leisurely pursuits, reserved on a ground of undulating ribbons with auspicious and precious objects, the interior of the top cabinet with one shelf, the bottom with two, all above a shaped apron carved with double gourds on scrolling vines, the doors each with metal hinges and lock plates engraved with dragons and phoenix. Height 66 3/4 inches, width 29 1/2 inches, depth 16 1/4 inches.
