well carved and enameled all around with a continuous scene of a pair of Mandarin ducks in a flowering lotus pond. The base bears a three character "Gu Yue Xuan" mark in red enamel. Original stopper of gilt and lacquered bronze depicts a coiled chilong. Provenance: From a West Coast Collection.
