VERY RARE HAUT-BRION BLANC Haut Brion blanc from an east coast collector. Removed from a purpose-built temperature and humidity controlled cellar for this sale. HAUT-BRION BLANC The best dry white Bordeaux wines are found in Péssac-Léognan. Made from almost equal proportions of Sémillion and Sauvignon Blanc with Sauvignon Gris, Château Haut-Brion Blanc is undoubtly one of the best dry white Bordeaux. The wine is fermented in oak barrels and aged in 50 new oak for 9-12 months before bottling. With an annual production of 450 to 600 cases, Château Haut-Brion Blanc's production is very small, making it one of the most sought-after dry white wines in Bordeaux with great aging potential.
