Very classic in structure, without excessive extraction which is not their style. They prefer to bring out the freshness to balance the richness. Silky, harmonious and so 'clean'. This could be their best wine since 1998, although the jury is out and it would be foolish to forget the 2000. In 2015, so fresh, with so much fruity attack. Meaty and so lively.
