Dated March 18, 1815. Charles Philippe (1757-1836) was Count of Artois, a Colonel-General in the Royal National Guard, and "Fils de France." Louis Joseph de Bourbon (1736-1818), or the Duke of Montmorency, was a French noble and military officer. Condition: Folds in document. With wear along the edges and corners, with thin line of tape adhered along right edge. With some scattered soiling, spotting on document.
