Partly printed inventory list, acomplished in manuscript is a fine, elegant scrolling hand, by Jonathan Cokeshott (signature at end), laid out in columns. Docketed on page 4. Bound in nineteenth-century rose-red cloth, upper cover lettered "Charles II's Navy." A very unusual 17th-century naval inventory, recording quantities of some 150 different categories of naval stores including ammunition for cannon, demi-cannon, various weights of bullets, brass and iron ordnance, round shot, "double-headed hammer shot," grape shot, "hand granadoes," spades, wheelbarrows, javelins, "matchlock musquets," hatchets, swords, blunderbusses, nails, tallow, thread and "junck."
