This copy also has M3 cancelled, a state not described by Randolph or Wise. With an interesting provenance: Baron Eddisbury's wife, Henrietta Maria Stanley, Lady Stanley of Alderley, was a friend of Carlyle, F. Denison Maurice and Jowett.
