(Lacks first blank, foliation at head occasionally shaved or cropped, minor wormholes, some staining from use.) Contemporary blindstamped pigskin over wooden boards (joints and spine repaired, lacks corner and centre pieces and clasps), pastedown at end from a 15th-century manuscript on vellum.
