Una parte (di due) in un volume in-4° (mm 200x140). Pagine 8 (di 12, manca il frontespizio e la corrispettiva AA6), 264 . Iniziali xilografate animate, alcune ripassate a mano in inchiostro scuro. Numerose carte brunite e gore al margine superiore dei primi fascicoli. Interventi di tarlo ai margini inferiori non lesivi del testo e carte iniziali con piccoli strappi. Legatura coeva in pergamena rimontata su cartone, rotture ai margini dei piatti, lacune sulla cuffia di testa. Al recto della carta AA2, nota di possesso cassata, sulla stessa carta sottolineatura a penna. Solo prima parte, mutila del frontespizio e di c. AA6 - ma col testo completo - di questa edizione del Decameron cui si accompagna Le ricchezze della lingua volgare sopra il Boccaccio di Francesco Alunno. Il titolo d'insieme segue il titolo della parte prima, mentre data e dati tipografici seguono il frontespizio e il colophon della parte seconda. Numerous browning and waterstains on the upper margin of the first quires. Wormholes on the lower margins without loss of text and tears on the first leaves. Contemporary vellum remounted on pasteboards, damages on the covers, losses on the front head-cup. On the recto of fol. AA2, erased ownership inscription, on the same leaf pen underline. Only the first part, without title page and of fol. AA6 - but with the complete text - of this edition of the Decameron which follows Le ricchezze della lingua volgare sopra il Boccaccio by Francesco Alunno. The general title follows the title of the first part, while date and typographical notes follows the title page and the colophon of the second part.
