Contemporary French red morocco gilt, sides stamped with a plaque and central olive morocco on-lay containing the arms of Rouill, comte de Jouy, presumably the son of Antoine-Lous Rouill (d.1761, cf. Olivier 277, variant fer], spine with fleur-de-lis in compartments, light blue silk endpapers, gilt edges. [ Almanach royal, pour l'anne [1782]. Paris: Le Breton, 1781]. 8 (195 x 124mm). (Lacks title.) Contemporary French dark green morocco gilt, sides stamped with plaque and central red morocco on-lay containing arms of Jacques-Ange Gabriel [Olivier 578, variant fer], spine with fleur-de-lis in compartments, gilt star-patterned pastedowns (minor abrasions on sides). The plaque, possibly by Dubuisson, also adorned Gumuchian 277 and Abbey III, lot 1620. (2)
