BELGIUM - 1849 - 1926 FINE USED AND MINT COLLECTION of fine to very fine used stamps with a few mint presented in hingeless mounts on album pages we see 1849 King Leopold I 'Epaulettes' watermark 'LL' in frame imperf values to 20c (x3 shades) plus 1849-50 'Medallions' wmk 'LL' in frame imperf range to 40c carmine SG SG 5 then 1851 wmk 'LL' without frame imperf values to 40c carmine SG 8 with extra shades also 1858 no wmk imperf range to 40c red SG 11 with 1861 no wmk new plates imperf values to 40c SG 15 and 1863 no wmk comb perfs 12½ x 13½ values to 40c carmine-rose SG 23, 1865-66 King Leopold II used values to 1fr lilac SG 38 plus 1866-67 used range to 3c including a 1c grey imperf Sc 23 unused then 1869-80 used values to 5fr yellow-brown SG 46 (5fr perfin) also 1883 Malines set SG 63/66 used and 1884 Mouchon set SG 67/77 fine used with a 1fr red-brown / green SG 76 (Sc 54) fine mint, 1893-1900 stamps with ''Bandalettes'' no Sunday delivery complete set SG 78/92 plus 1905 set then 1910 to 1911 Brussels and Chareroi Exhibition sets also 1912 King Albert I small and large heads sets mint / used mixed including a 5fr claret SG 143 (Sc 102) never hinged mint and 1915-22 complete mint /used mixed set with a 5fr deep blue perf 14 inscribed ''FRANKEN'' SG 193 (Sc 121) fine used, 1919-20 Government restored a scarce 2fr purple SG 248 (Sc 135) fine used on piece showing printers guide line also a 5fr carmine-lake and 10fr claret SG 249/250 (Sc 136/137) both fine mint.
