Collation: Aa-Kk 6 (Aa1r title, Aa1v text, Kk1v table, Kk6r colophon, printer's device with xylographic date 1494). 60 leaves. 33 lines and headline. Type: 1:90G, 2:136G. 5-line initial space opening text, woodcut initial on title. (Title a little frayed at top margin and with minor paper weaknesses, several leaves strengthened at hinge.) Modern vellum, title lettered along spine. Provenance : 16/17th-century inscription on title. FIRST AND ONLY 15TH-CENTURY EDITION of this work on the heretical Bohemian Brethren, in which Balthasar, a Cistercian who served as Provisor at the order's college at Leipzig until about 1499, refutes specific 'errors' of the Hussite beliefs.
