Plus a letter to "Jim" and envelope to Jas. Williams, Jr. in Washington. Postal cancel is for 1936, but none of the "James Williams" in the Congressional Directory were in Congress in 1936. Plus an American Express Company receipt and a concert program, neither of which we can tie to the congress, although it came to us in a folder with many of these civil servants.
