Plus two other short inscriptions by two other people, with one being a notarization by a Monsieur Noël and the other signature is difficult to determine. Also, small embossed stamp lettered "Bath" on the upper left portion. Folded sheet, 8x5¼". Napolean III (1808-1873) served as President from 1848 to 1852 of the Second Republic of France and continued as Emperor from 1852 to 1870, reigning as Napoleon III (of the Second French Empire).
