An unusual painted wooden Spanish town house of four bays, two storeys, four upstairs French windows, balustraded balconies and bamboo blinds, two downstairs French windows, balustrade and awnings, double front doors to right side of house with lion head knockers and firemark 'No. 7 Asegurada De Incendios' above, double stable doors to left side of house, two drain pipes with gargoyle headed outlets, corrugated cardboard roof, pavement and road in front of house, the front of the house lifting off to reveal six rooms, a hall with staircase and a stable, five interior doors, some curtains to interior doors and windows, two upstairs fireplaces, original wallpapers, floors and ceilings and a quantity of dolls house furniture including two gilt metal six-light chandeliers, a gilt metal plant stand, two glass chandeliers, two cherry wood desks, gilt metal mirror, two frames with religious pictures, an upright piano and stool, range and kitchen equipment, assorted continental furniture and chattels and two all-bisque dolls' house dolls with glass eyes and original costumes -- 31½in.
