AN UNUSUAL MUGHAL STYLE CELADON JADE AND ENAMEL BOWL AND COVER carved in shallow relief around the exterior of the bowl with a continuous scroll of gardenia above fleur-de-lys issuing from the foliate foot rim, the cover carved with lotus radiating from a central flower-head on the recessed flat top, the rim with a rounded enamel band of green, red and blue ruyi heads, the semi-translucent stone with snowy inclusions, 19th Century, the enamel probably European 13.5cm. diam.
