AN INCISED QINGBAI FOLIATE-RIM BOWL SOUTHERN SONG DYNASTY (1127-1279) The bowl is thinly potted with flaring sides rising to a slightly everted rim cut with six notches. The interior is freely carved with three geese swimming between three lotus blossoms, and the bowl is covered inside and out with a pale blue glaze which pools to a deeper color in the recesses.
