AN ASSEMBLED ROYAL CROWN DERBY IMARI PART SERVICE, date cyphers for 1911-1913 to most pieces, iron-red printed marks, pattern no. 2451 decorated in the 'Double Diamond' pattern with panels of trailing flowers and flowerheads reserved on a blue ground gilt with scrolls alternately radiating from a central gilt circle, the border with paired diamonds alternate with a flowerhead, each reserved on a blue ground, comprising: An oval vegetable dish and cover A circular vegetable dish and cover Seven shallow soup plates Thirteen dinner plates in two sizes Thirteen dessert plates in two sizes Twelve side plates A gadrooned plate A small footed oval two-handled dish An oblong quatrefoil dish Two small square sweetmeat dishes A small lozenge-shaped sweetmeat dish A small butter tub and stand Five salt sellars Six fruit knives and forks mounted in Sheffield A cylindrical hot-milk jug and cover A cylindrical cream-jug A baluster cream jug An oval cream-jug An oval two-handled sugar-bowl and cover A tapering cylindrical open sugar-bowl Fifteen teacups Twenty teacup saucers Two larger teacups and saucers of later date together with A Royal Crown Derby imari teapot and two covers in pattern no. 1128 and the following similarly decorated pieces by other factories, including: An Ansley cake stand Six Wedgwood dessert plates Six Wedgwood side plates (131)
