O826 Rectangular gold box, the cover centred by a rectangular cartouche with shaped outlines bordered with rose-cut diamonds, enclosing a basket of flowers in opaque blue and vari-colour translucent enamels and set with a carved jade stick, the lid, sides and and base engraved with vertical engine-turned reeding, the borders enamelled in turquoise blue, white and dark blue with stripes and geometrical ornaments in the Chinese style, the thumbpiece set with sapphires and emeralds, the hinged lid opening to reveal a mirror at the inside of the cover, and in the base a powder compartment covered with a hinged lid and an incorporated lipstick holder 80 mm.
