(61.6cm.) barrel James Warner built revolving rifles of this type in expectation of the expiration of Colonel Colt's Patent. However, Colt recieved an extension to his patent and Warner had to modify his arms to avoid a suit for patent infringement. Only about 100-200 of this pattern are thought to have been produced
