(3.4 cm.) high; a large mottled pink and cream stone cylinder seal, with seated deity approached by five other deities, 15/8 in. (4 cm.) high; three of lapis lazuli with contest scenes; another, lapis, two facing figures and a tree; another, lapis, a seated god with suppliant goddess introducing a worshipper, crescent, ball-and-staff and vessel in the field, all 2300-2100 B.C., ¾ in. (2 cm.) high max.; a late Akkadian/Ur III lapis cylinder seal with seated goddess and worshipper in front with inscription naming the owner, 2200-2000 B.C., ¾ in.
