Paris: d'Houry, 1726. 8 (190 x 118mm), Contemporary French red morocco, gilt arms of Guillaume-Franois Joly de Fleury (1675-1756) [Olivier 1953, variant of fer 1] on sides, fleurs-de-lis in spine compartments, marbled endpapers, gilt edges. Almanach royal, anne [1749]. Paris: Le Breton and widow d'Houry, [1748]. 8 (193 x 119mm). Contemporary French red morocco gilt, sides with wide border and central arms of Jean-Franois Joly de Fleury [Olivier 1955, fer 1], spine with fleur-de-lis in compartments, pale green gilt star-patterned endpapers, gilt edges. Almanach royal, anne [1775]. Paris: [1774]. 8 (193 x 120mm). French royal arms on title. Contemporary French red morocco gilt, sides with border of floral and leafy tools, central arms of Jean-Franois Joly de Fleury [Olivier 1955, variant fer], spine with fleurs-de-lis in compartments, marbled endpapers, gilt edges. Almanach royal, anne bissextile [1788]. Paris: Debure and widow d'Houry, [1787]. 8 (215 x 134mm). Printed on pale blue paper. Contemporary French red morocco gilt, sides with central arms of Omer Joly de Fleury [Oliver 1954, fer 1 variant], large fleurs-de-lis at corners, flat spine withe fleurs-de-lis, light blue silk endpapers, gilt edges (very minor wear at corner, tiny split at front joint). Provenance : 'Perennitati Galliarum' (stamp on front flyleaf). A handsome group of bindings with arms of the Joly de Fleury family. Guillaume-Franois (1675-1756) and his sons Omer (b.1715-1810) and Jean-Franois (1718-1802) all held the post of procureur gnral of Parlement, among other positions. Jean-Franoise was, in addition, a councilor of state and controller general of finances. (4)
