Full burgundy morocco by Riviere and Son, lettered and panelled in gilt, gilt turn-ins (corners rubbed, free endpapers with small chips). A 'very popular' series, the companion to Symptoms of Being Amazed , both dating from 1822 and published at four guineas in colour. Here in a handsome binding by Riviere.
