(Title cut down and mounted, with portion of border supplied in ink facsimile, m4 supplied from another copy, F7 with large patch in upper margin with headline and portions of 7 lines in manuscript facsimile, g1, i4, l8, F1 with repaired tear crossing text, q5-7 with small repaired hole at center affecting some letters, a few marginal repairs, some headlines shaved, a few stains at end.) 19th-century vellum gilt, red morocco lettering pieces.
