Le support semble sain et stable.La partie droite du tableau, notamment dans les fonds, est affectée par un chancis sans doute lié à un ancien problème d'humidité.Il reste néanmoins bien préservé et ne présente ni manque, ni soulèvement.Les natures mortes et les figures sont bien conservées. On remarque quelques retouches visibles à l'œil nu. A la lampe UVOn observe quelques petites retouches de faible étendue, disséminées sur la toile. Quelques repeints plus importants sont visibles, notamment vers le bas, dans le paysage et à côté de la statue. Vendu avec un cadre en bois peint et doré à décor floral en bon état.Veuillez noter que Sotheby's ne garantit pas l'état des cadres. The painting has been relined, rather stiffly. It seems to be flat and stable.The right area of the painting, especially in the background, suffers from whitening on the varnish, probably due to an old humidity problem.The painted surface is in a good condition and does not show any loss or uplift.The still lives and the figures seem to be well preserved. At the naked eye, we can notice some retouching. Under UV lightFew little retouching can be observed throughout the surface. Some larger ones can be seen at the bottom in the landscape and next to the sculpture.
