Somersall, comprising teapot, gilt lined two handled sugar bowl and cream jug, each bombe melon form, on four elaborate flowerheaded foliate shell feet, the shoulder engraved with crest (worn), with everted flowerhead and foliate scroll rim, with floral and foliate capped scroll handle, the teapot with acanthus clad handle, part decorated spout, the hinged molded low domed cover topped by cast flower form finial-- the teapot 6¾in. (17.1cm.) high, gross weight 46.5oz.
