Biggins from his own reseaches with details including control room and conning tower with glass scuttles, periscope, retractable funnel, aft hatch, steering fins, deck rails with lashed dinghy, two pairs of side-launch torpedoes, rudder planes and other details. The carved hull with planked deck, fore and aft planes, rudder and single three-blade propeller, is finished in grey, green and natural wood and mounted on two turned wood gold painted columns secured to polished display board within glazed aluminium case.
