A well-engineered 7 ¼ inch gauge model of a two foot gauge 2-4-4 Forney, built by Mr A Mattock. Based on Don Youngs Lucky 7 design, built with inside frames as per published plans to 7 ¼ inch gauge. Welded steel boiler, 100 psi working pressure. Injector and steam pump, with double-acting hand pump in bunker. Fittings include pressure gauge, water gauge, whistle valve and butterfly-type firehole doors. Chassis with cast iron cylinders, slide valves operated by Walschaert's valve gear, twin mechanical lubricators. Length 152cm. Width 39cm. Height 55cm. Boiler History: Boiler number 2622, built in 1992. Southern Federation certificate SF 123706, North London Society of Model Engineers.
