A timepiece, thermometer and barometer mounted in a globe on a marble plinth , surmounted by a model of an early single engined twin propellered bi-plane with forward skids and pitch control, the model being made mainly of brass with moving rudders and propeller drives, the clock mounted in the front of the globe with Roman numerals, escapement regulation to the top of the dial, the chapter ring inscribed D.R. Pundole & Sons, Bombay, Made in France , the mechanical drive to the aeroplane via a large key square to the rear of the globe, the barometer calibrated in degrees fahrenheit and the separate aneroid barometer marked Stormy, Rain, Change, Fair and Very Dry -- 17in.
