A silver vegetable dish and cover mark of Sazikov, St. Petersburg, 1856 Circular, on flared base, the partly fluted bombé body decorated on each side with a foliate scroll and rocaille cartouche, one engraved with the cypher AM, the raised partly fluted cover with the same cypher, centre and two sides with trompe l'oeil branch and leaf handles, marked under base and cover 14 in. (35.5 cm.) long 65.4 oz. (2,034 gr.)
