A silver model of Great Britain II, by Barrowclift Silvercraft, 1973, with a plaque 'Great Britain II Iaunched May 21st 1973 by HRH Princess Anne, Fastest Yacht in the 1973-4 Round the World Race Presented to John Wright by Jack Hayward and Chay, Blyth with Grateful Thanks', 36.5cm wide 38.5cm high together with two books, 'The Impossible Voyage' and 'Theirs is the Glory', both signed by Chay Blyth, a letter, written from the Great Britain II at Latitude 34' 09' South, Longitude 14' 10', East on the first leg from Portsmouth to Cape Town on 20th October 1973, a framed photograph of Great Britain II, signed by Chay Blyth, and a further card and photograph (7) John Wright helped with the preparation and the planning of the designs, for the Great Britain II from his company, R Wright and Son Marine Engineers in Derbyshire.
