A set of three Queen Anne silver-gilt casters from the Raby Ambassadorial Service Unmarked, circa 1705, attributed to Philip Rollos Vase shaped and on spreading circular base, the finely pierced domed covers each with bayonet fittings and baluster finial, applied with bands of foliate and plain strapwork on a matted ground and with a band of shells, matted strapwork and foliate motifs, the bases with leaf-capped waved ornament, each engraved with crowned Royal cypher 10¼in. (26cm.) and 8in. (20.5cm.) high 56ozs. (1,764gr.) The cypher is that of Queen Anne (1702-1714) (3)
